[android-developers] "unknown socket error " Is anyone know this error??

I got that error because of code line below:
url = new URL("http://www.helloandroid.com");
InputStream mystream = null;
try{
mystream = url.openStream();
}catch (SocketException e)
{
tv.setText("Error: " + e.getMessage());
}
Something wrongs here??? I can't debug . Please help me :)
