[android-developers] Manually Adding SDK's to the ADT in Eclipse

Hey,

I made a bit of a mistake when updating to the latest Android SDK. I
downloaded the SDK Manager manually, then downloaded the 2.0 (and
1.5r3) platforms, and only then updated Eclipse...and realised I
probably should have updated it all from the ADT within Eclipse. So I
am currently stuck with Eclipse not able to see the SDK's I downloaded
to the SDK Manager. Help!

How do I add those SDK's the ADT, or do I just have to re-download the
SDK from within Eclipse (which seems like a real waste)...
